User Data policy and Data safety requirements. Publish it at a publicly reachable URL
and link it from the Google Play Console listing and in-app settings. You are responsible
for verifying it accurately reflects the App's actual behavior, and for a legal review
before submission.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Invoice ("the App", "we", "us")
collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Invoice is an invoicing and client
management app that lets you create a business profile, manage clients, and generate invoices.

1.2 Information collected automatically
Device and app diagnostics: basic technical information (such as device
type, operating system version, and app version) may be processed by our infrastructure
and service providers to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App.
The App does not collect precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, or
microphone/camera data (photo library access is limited to the image you explicitly select
for your business logo).
2. How We Use Information
To provide core App functionality: authentication, business profile, client management,
and invoice creation/export.
To store and sync your data so it is available across app sessions and, where supported, devices.
To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the App and backend services.
To respond to support requests.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
3. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as follows:
Service providers (processors):
Google Firebase Authentication — manages sign-in (Google sign-in and anonymous accounts).
MongoDB Atlas — stores business
profile, client, and invoice data in our backend database.
Google Sign-In — used only to authenticate you if you choose to sign in with Google.
These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it
for any purpose other than providing services to us.
Your clients: invoice details you create are shared with the recipients
you choose to send/export invoices to (e.g., via PDF export or sharing features you initiate).
Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required to comply
with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset
sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Storage and Security
Data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secured
cloud infrastructure. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account, business profile, client, and invoice data for as long as your
account is active or as needed to provide the App's functionality. You may request deletion
of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your
jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you
believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details
below and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Access & export: you can view your business profile, client, and invoice
data at any time within the App.
Correction: you can edit or update your business profile and client
information directly in the App.
Deletion: you can delete individual clients or invoices in the App. To
request full account and data deletion, contact us at the email below; we will delete your
account and associated data within 30 days of a verified request.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law
(e.g., GDPR for EEA/UK users, CCPA/CPRA for California residents), including the right to
access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and the
right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside of your country of
residence, including in the United States. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are
in place for such transfers as required by applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In. Use of these services is
also subject to Google's own privacy policy, available at
policies.google.com/privacy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page
with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect
constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
